Purpose

The Building Digital Twin links room-level indoor-air-quality observations with building geometry and operational context. It allows visitors to understand where measurements originate and how conditions such as temperature, humidity and CO₂ relate to specific spaces.

Relationship with the DMP

It consumes harmonised observations made available through the TwinAIR Data Management Platform and presents them in a building-oriented interface for monitoring and operational interpretation.

Data used

  • Room-level sensors
  • Building geometry
  • Operational schedules

Outputs

  • 3D room visualisation
  • Comfort & IAQ indicators
  • Operational recommendations

Follow how observations move from sensors into the DMP and then into the building and human digital twins.
